Please note there is a 3 night minimum during the fall, winter and spring seasons, except during major holidays, spring break and special events near or in Avila Beach, then there is a 5-7 day minimum.  There is a 7 day minimum during the summer months and the default is Saturday to Saturday, however sometimes this may change.  Occasionally there is a 3-5 day minimum for the first two weeks of June and last two weeks of August.  We offer 2 day minimums only when filling gaps in the calendar.  Rates range from $1,400 to $2,600 depending on the day of the week, time of the year, major holidays, spring break and special events near or in Avila Beach.
